Newborns are special. Everyone from a toddler to a grandpa understands this. When my 18 month old sees a baby he points his finger, pulls his hand back and giggles, and then looks up at me with a grin as if to say, "Look at this amazing little baby mom!"

I feel the same way about newborn photography. I've enjoyed each little baby I've photographed. The silky hair, the long eyelashes, the little fingers, the curled up bodies are all a delight to capture.

Newborn photography is fun for me, but more importantly, it's easy for you. When your newborn is 6-10 days old, I will come to your house with everything needed to turn a tiny part of your home into a newborn studio. Then I'll wait patiently for your new one to fall asleep. The session will take about 3 hours, with as many breaks as your newborn needs.

Within 48 hours of your session I will post 2 to 3 photos on my blog for you to enjoy and share with family and friends. Expect a private gallery of about 35 photos and a story board on my website with in 3 weeks of your session. The gallery will be available for 10 days for you to view and place an order.
